Using Free-Play Reward Money

Sportsbook Free-Play Reward money must be used to wager in the Sportsbook only.

Lucky 7 Lotto Free-Play Reward money must be used toward Lotto900 only.

All new account and reload rewards are manually approved and entered into the system by the customer service department. You must contact 5Dimes via Live Help, e-mail or over the phone to have your bonus entered.

Free-Play Rewards will be available in increments for use after meeting the wager requirement. The Free-Play Reward system updates hourly. Once the wagering requirements have been met it may take up to an hour for your Free-Play to become available for use.

The Free-Play Reward is added to a separate Reward balance. You can use the Free-Play Reward to WAGER ONLY. Only the winnings will be credited to your account. Once you use the Free-Play, the Free-Play money is gone, win or lose or tie. Free-Play Rewards have no cash value.

Remember: All Rewards for new and existing players must be requested and approved before they will be applied to the automated bonus manager.

Note: Free-Play Reward money cannot be used to bet both sides of a game in the Sportsbook. Any attempt to do so will result in forfeiture of the Reward funds wagered. Open parlays cannot be posted using your Free-Play balance.
